        您的PCB表面处理是什么?OSP?沉银？化金？镀硬金？喷锡？
        不同的表面处理有不同的储存来源。IPC-1601 对PCB 的存储有一些定义，
可以参考。
        另外，CPCA_1201对PCB的存储有定义。
        IC加热就好，建议在发现不良后先使用SEM进行检测，看看零件内部有没有
裂缝的存在。在检查功能失效的pin脚的焊点是否存在IMC层，

[TGAsia] 有关PCB保存期限与IC issue的请教






Dear All,
        请教各位两个问题：
        1. 一般电脑主板用的多层板保存期限为多长？哪份国标上会有定义？
           注:原厂一般建议从包装日期开始不要超过半年，但客人再问定义半年的
依据是啥？
        2.目前我司产线在IC使用过程中，有不少issue的IC一开始不良，但受热拆
解后不良消失，也就是说经过加热后，有的不良现象就消失了，请问各位高手，类似
该类现象，IC一般有哪些不良原因造成？
        以上请各位高手协助回复。感谢！
