IPC-A-600里面有专门的描述：金手指分关键、非关键区域，按照长度分，整体长度
的10%-90%区域为关键区域，不可以有凹坑等等的缺陷，具体参考该文献：

[TGAsia] 关于金手指划痕的问题






 
各位专家，
 
我们公司有一批板子在做测试时金手指留下了测试点及很小的划痕，客户提出外观不
合格拒收。但我在IPC-A-610/J-STD-001里没有找到关于任何划痕的标准。
 
我想问下IPC文件里没有定义这方面，是不是就代表着可以接受？
 
如果可接受，能否提供相关的依据？
