建議可朝如下現象來觀察及分析

 

1.      如異常產生在綠油表面-

A.      ENIG 後產生之綠油色差

B.      綠油塞孔後產生厚度色差

2.      如異常產生在基材面

A.          鑽孔後產生之基材分層或微裂.

 

以上可再請 PCB 供應商提出較詳細之分析來層別問題及獲得改善!
