有几种可能：

1.     料带上有静电，吸附了尺寸小的元件；---与料膜材质有关

2.     包装时料膜与纸质载带压得过紧，料带与料件之间有作用力；---与taping and reel制程有关

3.     料带被污染，黏附了小元件;---与料带或元件的洁净有关

 

以上是我遇到过的各种情况。
