不知道你用的是哪一种的coating胶，我接触一种coating胶是不有加热烘烤的否则就会起桔皮

应该和表面阻焊关系不大（您可以做个切片，看看鼓起位置阻焊有否起泡），我认为和助焊剂关系较为密切，是否润湿过度？

原因很多，空气，PCB表面湿润不净，coating 本身原因或比例不对，烘烤温度过高等
