先AI后再SMT，因为红胶是點膠机點的.基本AI不會走锡膏制程.不知其它前輩家怎么做的.能否分享?

在上周外出审核钢网供应商时了解到一个情况，向大家了解一下，
就我们以前的经验，如果产品需要进行AI和SMT（红胶工艺），通
常是先AI后，再用铜网或胶网刷胶。但也有公司会先SMT后再AI。
通常我们认为如果采用第二种方式可能会导致掉件和元件损伤。
请问是这样的吗。有没有谁有这方面的经验。

很少有钢网checklist。Intel公司审核过允升吉钢网厂家。但是没有见过intel的checklist。个人经验：
（1）激光切割机的定位精度。
（2）钢网开口尺寸的一致性。
（3）钢网开口的位置精度。
（4）孔壁粗糙度。
