经存在,早发现总比客诉强

对于cross section试验。 
不知大家是否有标准的作业流程可供分享。 
我也怕是在做cross section的时候,把原件的缺陷放大了。或则做cross section的
时候把其他工艺过程的潜在缺陷模式累加了。 



附件是我们公司的作业指导。 
请大家提供意见。

通过上次9704培训时与各位的交流 
后来我们工厂目前针对MLCC定义的应变极限是1000με,高于800就定义为风险站位
。需要进行改善。

可以使用应力应变系统进行测试,将应变片贴在需要评估的电容位置,另一端连接数
据采集器中,然后模拟实际情况进行加工,最后将测量出的数值与允许阀值进行比较
即可。

同意钟工的看法,这种45°的裂纹应该是有机械应力引起的。 
如果是双面板,可以调查一下SMT时是否在电容断裂位置布有顶针,发生干涉 
然后就是在装配阶段是否也是用了工装,但工装设计不当导致1206电容位置打电批或
者气批时PCB板变形过大 
还有就是ICT或者FT测试的工装也检查一下是否有干涉的风险 
最后是分板,如果是铣刀式的话会好一些,但如果是单点式、滚刀或者是手工的话,
引入的应力风险肯定比较大。

从图片看,这种45°的裂纹象是机械应力造成的裂纹,而不是热应力的裂纹。 
不良发生的站位就是回焊炉后吗?没有其他的分板、组装、测试等? 
我们工厂也发生过类似的不良,但基本都是机械应力造成。

大家好, 
最近我们单位有一个1206的电容出现图片式的裂纹。 

回流焊后做切片,得到的图片。 
温度曲线见附件。 


请大家帮我分析一下市什么原因,有可能造成这样的缺陷呢? 


还有我们用的是634的水冷回流炉。 

如果冷却1区的上冷却盖板未装,会造成此类问题么?
