Hi Technetters, Does anyone have experience with white solder mask? Any chances of success passing these through reflow without discoloration? We had a bunch of them sent to our CM and they all came back with a yellow to brown discoloration. I believe there are different types of solder masks out there but is there some standard regarding their capacity to resist heat? The process used it RoHS. Thanks in advance!
