标准来源于可靠性测试, 我想你需要拿到并参考客户在产品工艺技术规格中规定的PCBA最大应力变形要求;
为了防止PCB 变形, 通常在PTH 插件/压件工站, 都会设计相应的支撑治具/夹具, 以确保在 压件力 作用在PCB 上导致的变形不至于超出客户要求.
Z 轴方向的力大小应不是关键, 关键在于是否有足够的支撑避免因局部受力导致PCBA 变形和不匹配的孔/零件引脚设计是否会导致PTH 通孔损坏.

还有就是有些PCB较薄,压力大了会把板子压得严重弯曲,可能带来某些潜在的risk,所以希望能有这方面的标准!

力的大小要基于PCBA的strain gauge 测试要求, 如果零件平整的话, 你可以考虑用一个带小汽缸治具替代手工按压.

有些产品的手插件,操作员每次都需要花很大的力才能把件插入孔内(排除材料issue),时间长了难免手会产生疼痛感,有谁知道插孔件按压力大小的IPC标准,谢谢能分享一下!
