首先取决使用的焊料合金的熔点，才能确定烙铁头温度。
（2） 如何确定电烙铁的校准温度？
专用的温度测量仪测量烙铁头温度。
（3）热风枪的温度是否需要校准？
需要校准。
（4） 有没有相关的标准规定了这些？
非常接近的标准不太好找。可以看看Ipc-7711.
