Jack, I just put a text call out on the fabrication drawing pointing to an area of the board with the following note: "PCB fabricator to mark board with UL logo, their company name, and UL file number, on top silkscreen, in this area. Match orientation of existing silkscreen characters." When I worked as a front end CAM engineer for Graphic our procedure was to delete any UL marking the customer had put on the board and replace it with our own as I was told the customer nearly always got it wrong and ours was correct.
