以下几种方式供参考：
1、盘上孔塞树脂，推荐单面塞。这种方案要求孔间距设计上，考虑钢网开口设计上
避让过孔位置；孔径设计上考虑塞树脂的制程能力；
2、盘上孔塞树脂后电镀平，不影响后续钢网开口设计及器件装联，但成本有所增加
；
3、盘上孔塞绿油，推荐单面塞。成本低，但可能存在可靠性风险。
