Regarding process evaluation vs. ongoing process control (table 7-7 and 7-8): Has anyone run across the fact that for the larger pitches the process evaluation size requirement is looser (45% vs. 40%), while for the smaller pitch it is tighter (32% vs. 35%-which I think is correct)?
