Bob, IPA for cleaning no clean? I would suggest no. But, of course, it depends on flux .... We could develop a 15 point complete study plan ready for a PhD Thesis but in general the answer is pretty simple IM/HO . No. I was using an Alpha No Clean once, best stencil life I could hope for. If during placing we found a part short these could still out for 2 or 3 days waiting for that part. But NOTHING could remove that flux. Experiment and ask some vendors.
