Hello, all:

下图为PQFN 在X-Ray 下的焊点，其中1,2,3,4,5,6 在PCB 上为独立的6个pad， 但是在元件上1,2,3,4,5,6 为同一个引脚。我们遇到的问题为：3,4,5,6 pad 焊接100% 润湿； pad 1 没有润湿，pad 2上约为20% 润湿；此PQFN 用于汽车ABS,此元件为关键功能元件， 所有器件不可以维修，不知各位是否有关于此类元件判定的标准？
