万用表不会造成diode击穿，万用表本身就设有内阻，不会造成很大的电流通过diode。

不好意思请教一个问题,在所有的环境和操作条件都符合ESD控制要求的前提下,什么时候可以使用万用表对二极管的部分功能进行测试而不会导致二极管的ESD保护受到影响?我们主要担心二极管的会被万用表击穿.目前我们使用的万用表电压是3V.有没有什么IPC规范指导二极管ESD的保护和测试?
