Yes Inge, they are difficult to grow "on purpose" :-). I guess your field case was with electroplated, not immersion Sn. I asked Jay Brusse a while ago if he knew confirmed cases of wiskering on ImSn and the answer was (as far as I remember) - just one in a PTH.
