Ken,
Years ago we built boards with CIC at Speedy Circuits in Huntington Beach,
CA Larry Christian was very good with others and is still there. I can
tell you many many stories of using CIC however in the end the boards are pretty
expensive. There is a world of difference between active and passive and
again between foil (.008 and less) and core (greater than .008). Cores
take aggressive pre-processing and location of foils in the book can be
critical. I is a very effective thermal management tool.
Regards,
Brad

Subject: [DC] Cu-Invar-Cu
Can anyone recommend a board house familiar with using Cu-Invar-Cu?
Thanks!
