Linda, I've been through this ordeal with a different shape connector, but same pin layout. I couldn't fix it, but our production people tried some more and seen that if the connector is glued down at the corners with mold seal, just like the TH parts that must be prevented from lifting in wave, the problem goes away. I have no explanation for this, but it should be tried.
