I got a question how to find a topic. It's very easy, I'd say. One simple
way is to just use URLs like the below example.
You want to know what guru Jay Brusse has to say about 'Tin whiskers'

1. Write in the boxes what you want
http://listserv.ipc.org/scripts/wa.exe?S1=TechNet&D=0&T=0&H=0&O=T&F=&S=

2. And you get a lot
http://listserv.ipc.org/scripts/wa.exe?S2=TECHNET&D=0&H=0&O=T&T=0&q=tin+whiskers&s=&f=Jay+Brusse&a=&b=

3. Another way is to select a certain month to see what was discussed

http://listserv.ipc.org/scripts/wa.exe?A1=ind0609&L=TechNet

Couldn't be easier

Good Luck
