Ken, We have the OptoTherm EL camera. It comes with a p.c. and their "thermalyze image analysis software". There were some optional accessories that came with it that we haven't used much. The total cost for everything was around $20,000. It's done a good job finding pcb / component / assembly shorts and leakages and been useful for other thermal imaging tasks.
