While my company isn't a member, I'm a DC member (at least I think, I sent my renewal in back in May but haven't received any confirmation other than my check being cashed) and would hate to lose my access to this forum if I were not to renew my membership. Also think of those that have lost their jobs recently, like Steve Gregory. I would hate to lose him and others like him. I continuously receive emails from people offering services with whom I have had no previous interactions, and I often assume (perhaps incorrectly?) that our contact information and email addresses are being mined from the forum by those who join simply to generate contact lists. Would limiting Technet membership to those from domains whose companies are IPC members, or requiring entering of an IPC membership number to register destroy the all-inclusive nature, or improve the quality?
