Dear Technetters: We are having to put an Intel Core 2 Duo Solo mobile processor in a 478-pin micro FCPGA package into a ZIFF socket. The devices currently only have lands (device rework) and we would like to attach the pins. Does anyone know the material composition of these popular devices ? Can anyone recommend a vendor of said contacts? Thanks!
