Many years ago, I was involved in designing a computer by means of 20 layer 96 alumina boards 4x10 inches each, but it became so clumsy that we had to change to LTCC. The boards had about 250 CCs. Today we use 96 alumina for general purpose thickfilm circuits and 99 alumina for RF. What are you asking for, manufacturing or CADing?
