Subject: action pin (or called fish eye) finish

Dears
I got a item to be discussed:
current situation:
EMI shield leg is action pin type, full Ni + full Tin plated, but Tin finish is easy scratched, it lead to some defect rate due to cosmetic issue.
Proposal:
I would like to use full Ni + Lubricate oil on action pin.
Problem:
I am not sure how it will affect EMI performance, I am thinking EMI is not so important than signal connection, there should be a standard to test EMI performance. Somebody have idea about the standard? or someone has the experience of lubricating on action pin? And I heard that there is a Ni plating which can soldering directly, if that's ture, Tin finish will be unnecessary = =... somebody know that? Glad to share information with all.
