	You may have misunderstood my email. You can not just change the
language/regional settings and have it work. That only changes the view
allowing you to read or see things in other languages. I have never tried
it, I am not bilingual, but I am sure there is a language barrier/limited
translation as to how words are converted i.e. what may mean one thing in
Chinese may translate to something else in English.
