We did have this fly probe tester so many years and the pressure of probe on Au/Ni surface is far less than the traditional tester. It will not cause any damage on the surface and the probe mark will be very shallow.

     飞针测试仪测试时,探针扎下时会在焊盘表面留下小凹坑,这同时会不会造成锡裂,使焊接质量存在隐患?
