Show purchasing the yield rates in assembly.  

Or maybe just show them current inventory vs. the plan they used to buy that 
inventory.  Then point out how much harder it is to build a board than to buy 
one.......

If you are concerned, keep the allowable number of x outs in a panel to a low 
percentage, something a good fabricator normally yileds.  It will self limit the 
bad fabricators (or they'll just stop marking them and ship anyway).
