提点意见供参考：
对于线路擦花的标准IPC的文件里面没有具体的讲解，但是610标准里有一个章节里的内容可以借鉴来辅助检查：
在标准
大家可以这样想想：线路承载电流信号的主要能力取决于线路的横接面积，板面线路擦花，就是线路厚度就减少了，横截面积也就减少了。
那么我们关心的就是擦伤的深度了。
一般来讲线路的厚度在0.0几个毫米左右，取决于用几盎司的铜箔，在600标准里面有讲的。
所以肉眼可见的擦花，其深度就不能保证小于0.0几个毫米的20%了吧。
于是一般都会把此现象作为缺陷。
当然还要看看具体擦花位置，如果是接地的大铜箔的某一部分，也许不影响功能。这就得具体问题具体对待了哦！
顺便说下业界很多人对于线路划伤露铜的修补方法是补绿油，大家认为可以吗！

Even though there is no industry standard
and the problem itself is just cosmetic, excessive scratches shows poor
craftsmanship and poor quality management. I will raise concerns on other
potential quality issues if I were the customer. Find the root causes, train the
operators well and try not to argue with the customers. Tell them how you
will improve the situation next time and actually do it. Most customers are
reasonable but since many of your customers are agents/brokers they probably
don’t want
to be in trouble with the end customers. Some of these improvements require actions
from upper management. As the quality engineer/manager, your job could
probably be easier if you bring those customers’ complains to upper management’s attention, not just try to fence off on your own.
