一般处理：跨接裸线主要用于原来是电阻或二极管等器件，后来不用了，就用裸线短接；而要跨过其它器件的短接线，一般采用绝缘导线短接．

在跨接线这章里讲到跨接线裸线不能长于12.7mm,之后又讲长度超过25mm应该采用绝缘线，该如何理解？
