Hello TechNet: I work for a medical OEM. We will soon be producing lead-free RoHS-compliant PCBAs. I need to identify appropriate standard test methods for performance and reliability of the new PCBAs made with RoHS-compliant materials. Is there a standard shock and vibration test we should perform? What other tests should we do? Would IPC-9701A be appropriate? I would appreciate your recommendations and comments. Thanks in advance for your help.
