I think you have your answer. HCFC-141b alone is no use for flux 
removal. I suggest you try the 141b MGX, which contains 4% methanol, 
which is a polar solvent. This will, at least, give you a better chance 
of working, without changing your process. The MGX blend is designed for 
flux removal.
