Scott, With a wedge bonder, you will have two options - Place one bond next to the other [leaving room between the bonds for the bonding tool]. You really can not literally stack the bonds with the wedge bonder. Unfortunately, you are not likely to have room enough on your pad to accomplish this. Or use what is called a multiple stitch bonds [or just 'stitch' bond]. Make your first bond then go to the second bond site and bond without 'wedging off' and continue the bond to the next site without breaking the wire between the first and third bonds. Most every heavy wire wedge bonder can do this, but there will be some layout constraints. Your 'pad' may need to be in-line with the two other bond sites.
