在我们的生产过程中发现有一块PCB上的金属表面覆有一层锡(注:在不需上锡区域,但不影响电气性能,也经ICT测试OK)如附图所示.对于此问题点,我查阅过IPC-A-600G和IPC-A-610D均未有所定义.故请各位帮忙确定是否可行?
