How does the rest of the world measure scores on pcbs?  We order pcbs in one 
of 3 different thicknesses: .031", .047" or .062" thick.  We typically spec 
our scores to be to a .012" +/- .004" web thickness.  We have had arrays 
come in flimsy, and even been able to see light through the scores, causing 
the assemblies to nearly fall apart, and other times we have received them 
underscored and are difficult to separate.
We have no tools to measure other than verniers (and that doesnt work)  How 
do you folks measure scores on similar pcbs?
