Hi Ben,
One cannot make blanket judgements, it all depends on DNP, delta-T, delta-CTE 
and SJ-height; size of the componet determines DNP, but of course the other 
parameter matter equally as well—and it is not stress but cyclic strain that is 
the issue with SJ fatigue.
