Kenny, Also check the type of caps you are now using... When I was running PCAs with caps that close to the connector pin, I was using caps that were wave solder compatible without a problem... But everything went to hell when the cap got changed and then again when the pin got changed... Actually the holes are sized quite generously and the pins go in pretty easy. I don't have a force meter so don't know what it actually takes but it's not much. Like I said in my previous reply we never saw this before we started using the selective solder pallets.
