I assume by RoHS compliant you mean that they will sustain a leadfree solder process. The 4101B /121, /124 and /126 are meant to be the leadfree process compliant versions of 21,24 and 26. Data for td, cte-z etc. has been added. In reality the minimum specs are a bit conservative compared to the best materials out there. Which material to use depends on the complexity of the design, board thickness is a major factor. Regarding RoHS compliance all boards where TBBPA is used reactive complies, TBBPA is not regulated in RoHS at all but I guess at least additive use will be regulated in the future, or at least bisphenol A.
