Phil, There are several manufacturers of this type of material, static dissipative FRP. They are fairly expensive. The manufacturer's I know of are: Mfr: Permali Mat'l: Durostone CAS761, Durostone CAG762 Mfr: Norplex Micarta Mat'l: Wavemax 5000 Mfr: Vonn-Roll Isola Mat'l: Durapol IGM-L200, Delmat CDM ESD 68940, Delmat DM ESD 68610 Most of these are sold through distribution only. I would contact the MFRs for data-sheets and distributors near you. However, I found that unless you buy standard sheet sizes, you pay even more. When I was looking at buying direct to machine internally, prices ranged from $100 / sq-ft all the way to $310 / sq-ft, which didn't make it very cost effective. In my opinion, it is a much better deal to use a tooling fab shop, such as the one Rich provided to you. There are others also.
