Hi Karl - the pronunciation is best described as "it depends" (cha-ching,
Sir Doug gets another Mt. Dew). A wide variety of possible pronunciations
exist but since we all use a common language - English - which comes in a
multitude of flavors (i.e. Canadian English, English English, US English,
etc.) I don't believe you'll find one pronunciation as deemed "correct".
This is the perfect question for a Friday - "how do you pronounce RoHS?"!

We use "Row-Haass".

Subject
[TN] RoHS pronunciation

Hate to bring this up again, but the question as to how to pronounce RoHS
is being asked more and more by my colleagues.

RoHS = Rose?   Ross?   Ro-Haas?

Is there an agreed way to pronounce this? (Not referring to the colorful
ways some of you most definitely use when referring to this standard).

Regards,

Karl
