如果是在辅面，则需了解是否焊接后有切脚（剪脚）操作。如果有，则很可能是切脚造成的（切脚用力不当或方向不正确）；如果没有，则需要分析，是否在刚过焊料槽后焊料没有得到充分冷却时受到了外力（波峰焊链爪抖动或其它外力的碰撞）。
