From looking at the x-section it appears that the trace is a Power/Ground, 1 oz Cu. Most signals are typically 1/2 oz Cu. How many layers does the PCB have? So if the void gradually goes away it means we might have just hit it in the "fat" part, but there might really be enough copper to consider it a good trace? I'm not so familiar with these type of conditions, but several responses seemed to indicate that this might be okay, but we have over 50% assemblies failing final test when we heat them up.
