So far, we had placed hundreds of them but we still did not find a way to inspect them efficiently for bent leads. We do have a side lighting camera mounted in the machine. Our service engineer told us that the reference code must be changed to a BGA type of part. By doing this, each post is recognized to ensure the leads are straight. We did this, but still have hard time to differentiate the TinLead from the white ceramic substrate because the contrast is so light. Any idea how to proceed? We have no way right now the prevent bent leads unless inspecting the raw parts in the tray magazine before running the line.
