Hi Francis, Get the largest reflow oven [most zones] that your budget allows. Nitrogen is not necessary—in fact, because of lower heat transfer coefficient it requires operating the peak reflow zone(s) at a somewhat higher temperature to get the same T on the critical parts of your assembly. As an independent consultant I cannot make brand recommendations. Look for flexibility in the cooling zone(s) to avoid thermal shock right out of reflow.
