The fabrication cost is less for Enig compared to ImAg. The cost for finished bare boards is typically 'slightly less'. The total cost for assembly should be less for ImAg as in my experience Enig demands too much resources, attention, etc. including set-up and processing. Also, I've seen better quality with ImAg than with Enig which should be factored in to any cost analysis between the two. Can I expect to save any money by switching to Immersion Silver or, for all practical purposes, is it even?
