Within IPC-TM-650 is a test method for measuring tensile strain on
electronic components undergoing thermal cycling. I do not know which TM
it is. I also know that Werner Englemaier did a lot of work and
published papers on this subject and can provide good information. Are
you out there, Werner?

It has a section that validated the model with 20, 28, and 68 I/O LCCC's
undergoing accelerated thermal cycling. Maybe there's something in that
paper that can help you out.
