I have a circuit board that is delaminating during the frabracation process. The laminate material is Rogers (RO4003) with Pre-Preg supplied from Gore (Speedboard-C). The laminate is a Hydrocarbon/woven glass material and the Pre-Preg is PTFE material. My question is this a highly realible combination of material? Could this combination be used for space applications? How will this hold up to thermal extreems of (-60° Celcius to +85° Celcuis) and vibration/shock over 8Gs?
