I agree and  it depends very much on your PCB supplier’s process and they
will usually give a the recommended shelf life (without opening the
packaging).

Usually OSP is 3-6months, depending on the OSP

HASL and Ni/Au can usually last 1year

Imm Ag and Imm Sn, usually around 6months or less

其实不同的客户要求是不一样的，一般是6个月，OSP或化金有的客户要求是3个月，有
的对HASL的期限放宽到一年。

如果说吸湿的话就在内包装中增加湿度指示卡了，但是会增加成本的。
