Hi Bob We have had similar debates. It comes down to a couple of questions: 1) how sure are you the un-grounded person won't forget they aren't grounded and will touch something? The old "while you are here can you take a quick look at this". 2) do you just want to do it for uniformity, that way there is no question of whether or not someone should be grounded. Much easier to police, and less risk.
