Subject: Re: [EN] Global Warming, another point of view...

"...funding shouldn't be an issue with them..." Don't underestimate the
fervor and creative malevolence of environmental activists. There have
been many discussions of their numerous attempts to silence anyone who
questions global warming dogma. They have huge political clout. Should
this report get much visibility I expect them to attempt to intimidate
contributors and remove the Foundation's tax-exempt status. Think
demagoguery.

I also expect members of the mainstream press, which adhere to "advocacy
journalism," to totally ignore the report despite the credentials of the
authors. This report has been out for a month now. Has anyone seen it
reported by the same news media that report sensational claims by
researchers with a vested interest in claiming that human-produced
carbon dioxide is the cause of global warming? We learned of the Fraser
report just today, and only because the internet has reduced the ability
of the gatekeepers to restrict access to information.

Environmental activists were for many years able to prevent even
judicious use of DDT in third-world countries (since it is "bad" for the
environment), resulting in the death from malaria of an estimated 50
million people. To such people, even human life is less important than
their dogma.
